SCOPI:
CIELOBUIO
ha voluto creare questa sezione nel suo sito per dare visibilità a tutti quei professionisti che si sono messi in gioco ed hanno partecipato ai corsi di formazione promossi da CieloBuio per approfondire temi legati alla teoria ed alla pratica dell’applicazione delle leggi regionali ed in generale di un’illuminotecnica a favore del risparmio energetico, della salvaguardia ambientale e delle risorse energetiche, della sicurezza stradale e del territorio.
ASPETTATIVE:

non può promettere o certificare che gli illuminotecnici appartenenti a questa lista siano più bravi degli altri, o che facciano le cose con più professionalità e competenza degli altri, oppure che salvaguardino i comuni meglio degli altri, o che rispettino le leggi più puntualmente degli altri,

può solo dire che gli aderenti a queste liste di accreditamento, hanno avuto la possibilità di apprendere, nei corsi di formazione promossi da CieloBuio, le tecniche, non solo per il rispetto e l’applicazione coerente delle leggi regionali, ma anche per trarne il massimo beneficio per i comuni, e che i professionisti che hanno volontariamente sottoscritto con CieloBuio il documento d’intenti di seguito allegato si sono impegnati nell’ottenere il miglior risultato possibile da un impianto d’illuminazione.
Per tale motivo si riportano i principi ispiratori del documento d’intenti:
In ogni, caso, ed indipendentemente dai requisiti tecnici delle leggi o del protocollo, i sottoscriventi codesto protocollo si impegnano a basare la propria professionalità e competenza illuminotecnica più sulla “qualità della luce che sulla quantità di luce, sia in termini di potenza che di punti luce installati”, facendosi garanti di una progettazione attenta ed alla continua ricerca di:
• Ottimizzazione degli impianti d’illuminazione, a seconda dell’applicazione e del contesto, in termini di: interdistanze, fattori di utilizzazione, potenze installate, efficienza delle lampade, manutenibilità e risparmio energetico, progettando e controllando quanto poi realizzato, onde salvaguardare lo sviluppo razionale e sostenibile del territorio a salvaguardia del cittadino,
• Ottenimento del miglior risultato illuminotecnico con il minor impatto ambientale ed energetico, adottando soluzioni che, abbattendo i fenomeni di abbagliamento ed inquinamento luminoso, meglio ottemperino, a seconda del contesto, anche a fondamentali esigenze di vivibilità, fruibilità notturna e sicurezza,
• Soluzioni alternative all’illuminazione tradizionale qualora questa risulti inefficace ed inefficiente (per esempio in termini di sicurezza).
Note Finali:
– CieloBuio non ha ricevuto alcun compenso in denaro per l’adesione a codesta lista.
– La presenza nella lista di professionisti provenienti principalmente da particolari aree del territorio italiano sono legate solo ed unicamente a questioni logistiche e di sedi di organizzazione dei corsi.

CIELOBUIO
has wanted to create this section in his website to give visibility to all that professionals that have risked and have attended the training courses promoted by CieloBuio to deepen the theoretical and practical aspects of the application of the regional laws and to foster a light design process respectful of the environment, of the energetic resources, of the road safety and of the territory.
EXPECTATIONS:
CIELOBUIO
cannot promise or certify that the light designers included in this list are better than others, or that they work more professionally and more competently than others, or that they safeguard the municipalities interests better than others, or that they will respect the regiaonal laws more punctually than the others,

can only say that the adherents to these lists of accreditation, have had the possibility to learn, in the training courses promoted by CieloBuio, all those techniques necessary not only for the respect and the coherent application of the regional laws, but also to draw the maximum benefits for the municipalities, and that the professionals that have voluntarily undersigned the present agreement are compelled to get the best possible result from a floodlight plant.
For these reasons the inspiring principles of the agreement are here reported:
In any case, and independently from the technical requisites of the laws or the protocol, the subscribers of this protocol are committed to put his/her own professionalism and technical competence more on the “quality of the light than on the quantity of light, both in terms of power and of number of installed light fixtures”, ensuring a careful planning and the continuous search of:
– Lighting plant optimization, according to the application and the context, in terms of interdistances, utilization factors, installed power, lamps efficiency, maintenance and servicing, energy savings, planning and checking what realized, so that to safeguard the rational and sustainable development of the territory in favour of the citizen,
– Achievement of the best technical result with the smallest impact on the environment and the smallest energy consumption, adopting solutions that, minimizing the phenomena of dazzle and light pollution, complies better, also to fundamental demands of liveability, nighttime use and safety,
– Alternative solutions to the traditional illumination if the latter results ineffective and inefficient (for example in terms of safety).
Final Notes:
CieloBuio does not receive any money not any other kind of compensation from anyone adhering to this Agreement.
The presence in the list of professionals mainly from particular areas of the Italian territory is merely due to logistic reasons and to the localization of training courses.
